Karisa Walker

Karisa graduated from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and earned her Texas certification through Region 10’s Teacher Preparation and Certification Program.

“Although my degree is in nursing, I realized my passion was helping others in an educational manner," Karisa says. "I wouldn’t trade [being a teacher] for any other profession in the world!”
