Tracey is a graduate from Leicester University (Bachelor of Arts Honors History) and Southampton University (Master of Arts Archaeological Method) in the United Kingdom. Her experience includes Journalism, Southampton University Archaeology Education Project, Field Archaeologist, On-Site Archaeology Education Projects, Information Technology Project Management, Hotel Management, Office Management and college lecturer in software applications.

Tracey assists the Executive Director with grant funding, monitoring grant expenditure, reports, budgets, writing grant applications, compliance issues and Human Resources.
